Frequently asked questions
In its simplest sense, to meditate is to have an uninterrupted flow of communication between you and the Holy Spirit. When there is a mindfulness of God, meditation is happening; when there is a forgetfulness of God, meditation ceases.
Even though the word ‘meditation’ has been popularised by Eastern religions in the past 50 years, the act of meditation in itself is taught and described throughout the Bible.
