It is well with you, my friend. Your question is not strange, actually, and it's something that we'll touch on greatly in module two. Let's just say that your physical body has more than one layer.

Physically, your body is made up of rivers of blood, rivers of nerves, electromagnetic pathways, and so on. But underneath this network of your physical body, there's another network that is a bit more subtle in nature, a bit more energetic in nature.There are many names they have called it in the past, different things they have called it, but one thing is for sure: underneath your physical body and its physical networks is an energetic network that is not physical but is as real as the network in your physical body.

That energetic aspect of your physical body is responsible for a lot of, let's say, a lot of spiritual processes that go on, you understand? And actually, when an attack happens in a dream, especially of a sexual kind, it is from that body that they are trying to carry out a robbery. Do you get my point?

When we begin to meditate upon God, it's not just about prayer because many people can pray. But if your prayer does not involve meditation, that is, you fixing your heart upon the Lord, there is no exchange; there is no intercourse between you and the Holy Spirit and so therefore you are not rewarded with the gift of his presence. You are not charged.

Now when we are a bit more intentional in praying, in meditating, especially when our prayer is more meditative, because many people say they pray but it's not really meditative because your mind is still on fried rice, it's still on YouTube, it's still on Netflix, you will not receive much. That communication is mediocre.

But when there is a bit more concentration of attention, when all the various parts of yourself are being pointed in a particular direction, you will find that you will be able to absorb a whole lot more from one moment. And one of the first reactions you will find is the charging of that energetic aspect of your physical body. Are you following me?

And it can manifest itself as electric shocks, and you see that might give us some things to practice, okay, in the place of meditation. One of the first things you see is hundreds of people; they will say, "Hey, I feel shock in my head. I feel shock in my leg. Oh, my stomach was hot. Hey, my head was hot." It's a very normal occurrence. Do you get my point? Because for the first time, you are seeing the impact of when you gather every part of yourself and point it in one direction.

In that moment, you can absorb a whole lot more from the realm of the spirit or from whatever it is that you are meditating upon. And the impact will register in the energetic body. And you feel it as heat, as vibration, sometimes as cold. It's a normal phenomenon. Do you get my point? It's a very normal phenomenon.

Yeah, it can happen when you're doing warfare prayer. There are many things that can trigger it. But what triggers it the most is the focusing of attention, where every part of your being is pointed in a particular place. At that point, just picture a 5G network, okay? There are so many wires that connect you to God, and because of that, the transference of data is larger and faster than in a 2G network.

So in that case, when you're using 5G focus, because 5G is there, there are many more wires connecting nations. 2G is that there are fewer wires connecting nations. So when you have a 5G kind of focus, where there are many things or every aspect of your attention or a great percentage is put upon the Lord, you'll be able to extract even more from him in that moment. And then it can turn into heat. As I'm talking to you, if I just stand for one minute, it's something that has been happening for so long that I know how to charge it. Okay?

And there are many spiritual exercises, okay, that require the charging of the energetic body. And for many of us, the reason why a lot of encounters and spiritual things you don't see so much is because that body is weak. It has not received enough fuel. But these are things that I'm going to teach us, especially in module two, which pertains to cultivating a meditative life. Then we're going to talk about the various aspects of our anatomy and we're going to begin with the body.

We're going to talk about consecration. The consecration of your physical space where you live. Consecration of your physical body with your temple. Consecration of the heart.

And we're going to go through all those things, stage by stage. And we're going to be breaking it down one by one, layer by layer, as God gives grace. So don't worry. It's not a strange phenomenon. All right. It is well with you.
