How is the Bible the capsule of the spirit?

Rabbi. In the manual, you discuss the Bible as the capsule of the spirit.
"S" (Sod), which literally means the hidden secret of God reserved for those with the ability to search out this truth. Please, sir, can you expound on it?
Marita, it is well with you. The question is worthwhile. Um, it's a very big question again, but let me see what I can say in just a few minutes. The Bible says the secret of the Lord belongs to those who fear him and he will show them his covenant.
Let me start by saying that, yeah, on one hand, we can say that God has secrets and hides things. But on the other hand, we can say that God doesn't hide anything. The question is, are we interested in him enough to pay attention to him enough to discover things that are there but concealed?
Because physically you can, I don't know, let me say, for example, if you don't know how to read a data chart, right? A company can have all its secrets pasted in front of you on a board. It's not hidden. It's right there. They draw the drafts, all the graphs, all the charts, all their fiscal data, and everything; they can have everything painted in front of you. But if you haven't learned how to interpret that data, even though it's obvious and it's there for you, you will not see.
Just like as a child, maybe at five years old, you entered into a room and as they say, at that age, you didn't have the ability to read the room. So there are things that were obvious in the room but were hidden to you. Not because anybody was hiding it, but because you didn't have the tools to search them out, to unravel them, to discern them. God is just like this. Are you following me?
And the scripture is just like, look at a scripture like a human being, okay? Every human being has a physical surface that is their physical appearance. And if I meet you, for example, Marita, I see your face; maybe your skin colour is light brown, dark brown, light yellow, or whatever it may be. That's your external appearance. Your height is maybe five, three, five, four, five, nine, or whatever. That's your external appearance.
That's what we call the Bible, the outward scriptures, the basic stories that we can see. But your outward appearance—is that all there is to you, Marita? I think not. So you can sit down physically. You can even be smiling, okay, and on the outside, you have the appearance of someone who is happy, but on the inside, an entirely different thing could be happening to you.
And the Bible is just like this, just like a physical person. You see them black, yellow, white, or whatever; tall, short, fat, skinny, or whatever. But beyond their external appearance, there is an internal reality that is also present.
So physically, I can come, and I'm sitting in front of you with a very straight face, but on the inside, I might be so happy. I might be so excited. Now that part of myself that exists but is hidden from obvious sight is what we can call the secret. This is me trying to explain it in a very simple and relatable way. That part of myself that the average person is not able to see is what we call the secret.
And you, for example, Marita, can enter a room; you're smiling. Everybody says, "Oh my God, Marita, you look so happy today." But there is that one person in that room that really pays attention to you and they can see that, ah, this smile—there's something else here. Marita is not very happy. And that person will see that secret that no one else can see.
That's the way it is, especially with scripture. On the outside, there are obvious things that are being told, obvious stories, and obvious tales. But when one pays deep attention and seeks the face of the Lord, a simple story that just has a very basic moral becomes a gateway to a deep truth about God.
And as we even journey together, we're going to practicalize things like that. We're going to see how a simple scripture that looks so basic on the surface carries a weight of meaning beyond what is obvious. Amen. Amen. So I hope that gives you some understanding. God bless you.
